Very clean very peaceful and omg the beds are soft perfect body melt you can rest the balcony is nice as it was warm outside good is Affordable and good I would highly recommend easy access to all areas and staff was very nice and friendly definitely will stay again

Great location, and it’s a quick hop skip and jump to downtown Tempe

The hotel is rundown. The first room we were assigned would unlock. We took the long walk back to the desk. A maintenance man happened to be there so we walked back to the room. He determined that the door was mis-aligned and we would need another room. We walked back to the desk where we were assigned another room. We walked to that room to discover that it had a strong cigarette smell (it was a non-smoking room). After traveling all day, we were too tired to walk back to the desk and ask for another room, so we just lived with it. Bathroom was grungy and the room was in need of a renovation. I would not stay there again.

Horrible stay! Day 1 I was across from the elevators room 265 and across from a black glass door that said employees only, well those employees were infront of my room all day playing laughing and talking. I called the front desk because I work night shifts and needed to rest during the day. Well they said they would send someone to check and see what was going on up there. The noise continued until I finally got up to leave. When I went to the front desk she switched my room. The next day I came in from work and asked the guy about a late check out, he said they couldn’t do it. So I asked if I could pay for an additional day, he responded they couldn’t allow that either because they were sold out. So I went to my room and proceeded to check online for booking. It allowed me to book another night. I then went to the desk where I met a young lady who informed me they in fact where not booked for the night and could allow me to book an additional day. I went ahead and declined for I no longer wanted to spend my money somewhere where I didn’t feel comfortable l. She did me a late check out and by 1:56 housekeeping was coming into my room without knocking and I had to yell to inform them I was not dressed. My check out was for 2 :00. I finished putting on my clothes and when I walked out housekeeping was sitting outside of my room. I definitely would not stay here again.

I loved staying here because the rooms have balconies, So I'm to drink a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Also is very quiet I enjoy staying here
